     摘要：目的 本研究旨在探讨B型利钠肽(BNP)与心力衰竭病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法 收集2011年3月～2013年5月我科住院治疗的60例心力衰竭患者临床资料，进行检测患者血清BNP水平，分析其与病情严重程度的关系。结果 与健康人群比较，心功能不全患者血清BNP水平明显增高，心功能不全患者BNP水平与心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.797，P<0.05)。结论 BNP的水平可有效预测心力衰竭患者病情严重程度，能为治疗决策的制定提供依据。
