摘要：目的 分析痛风结石切除术后的护理措施。方法 分析我科对2013年05月～12月进行的4例痛风结石手术切除患者进行手术前后的护理措施，总结在心理、术前准备、术后恢复方面的护理经验。结果 经严密护理，患者对痛风疾病有了深刻的了解，术后恢复快，住院时间短，对护理工作满意。结论 认为术前加强患者的心理护理，健康宣教，术后密切观察生命体征的变化，指导患者功能锻炼是患者顺利康复的保证。
