摘要：目的 微创手段治疗椎间盘源性腰腿痛的临床效果。方法 2009年12月～2010年12月，我院采用C臂下经皮穿刺，腰椎间盘射频消融术治疗240例。结果 通过精心的治疗和护理取得了较好的临床效果。结论 射频消融术为解除腰椎间盘突出症患者的痛苦开辟了一条新路，同时，也提高了患者的生活质量。
