摘要：目的 总结依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 观察60例急性期缺血性脑卒中患者，随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例，治疗组予依达拉奉和疏血通；对照组予疏血通治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率83.3%，明显优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效显著，对改善患者的临床症状有很好的疗效。
