同期微创手术治疗双侧上尿路结石(3)
综上所述，对于结石体积较小、数量较少的BUUC行同期微创手术是安全有效的，降低了住院时间及费用，且不增加出血、感染等并发症，免除了二期手术痛苦，有较好的应用前景。但需慎重选择适应症，术中据情况决定是否同期处理双侧，不可强求一期手术而导致严重并发症。此外，本研究病例数量有限，缺乏统一的病例纳入标准，其安全性及有效性有待进一步的临床研究来评估。
