摘要：目的 论在冠心病护理中的医院护理干预的应用效果。方法 讨将126名医院收治的冠心病患者，随机分为两组，观察采取护理干预措施的效果。结果 1年以后，通过对结果的分析，在血脂水平医院干预组都优于对照组(P<0.05)，护理满意度，遵医行为，冠心病知识掌握度等方面，医院干预组的比例也比较高。结论 将医院护理应用于冠心病护理中，有助于患者的康复。

Abstract：Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention on the coronary heart disease(CHD) patients treatment in the hospital. Methods 120 CHD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. One is control and the other is nursing intervention group. Results After one year，the lipids level，nursing satisfaction， compliance behavior and the knowledge of coronary heart disease of the latter group was better than the former's. Conclusion Nursing intervention in the hospital was useful to the recovery of CHD.
