摘要：目的 分析钢针内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折疗效观察。方法 对76例锁骨中段骨折行钢针内固定。结果 经2～24个月随访，绝大部分骨折愈合优良。结论 锁骨中段骨折钢针内固定创伤小，操作简便，费用低，疗效满意， 值得基层医疗单位推广。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of needle fixation for the treatment of clavicle fracture. Methods 76 cases of clavicle fracture internal fixation pin. Results After 2 ～ 24 months follow-up， the vast majority of healing. Conclusion Clavicle fractures trauma small， fixed pin internal operation is simple， low cost， satisfied with the effect， worthy of promotion of primary health care units.
