护理层级管理在提高临床护理服务质量中的作用分析

摘要：目的 研究护理层级管理对我院消化科等科室患者护理的疗效。方法 本次研究抽取2011年3月～2013年3月于我院消化科等科室医护人员共70人作为研究对象，将医护人员分为两组，每组35人，对比两组实施不同护理方案的结果。结果 观察组实施层级管理后，所有项目均优于对照组，两组相关数据相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理层级管理能够有效提高护理质量，稳定患者病情，促进其康复、缩短病程。
