摘要：目的 了解重症监护室(ICU)气管切开患者革兰氏阴性杆菌感染情况及耐药性分析。方法 回顾医院ICU病房2002年6月～2007年6月，气管切开患者分离到的革兰氏阴性杆菌的分布情况，同时对药敏结果进行分析。结果 共分离出革兰氏阴性杆菌232株，91%(209株)为下呼吸道感染引而且耐药性严重突出。结论 气管切开患者下呼吸道感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主，应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素。

Abstract：Objective To understand the intensive care unit (ICU) patients with trachea cut gram negative bacillus infection and drug resistance analysis. Methods To review the hospital ICU in June 2002 to June 2007， tracheotomy patients with the distribution of gram negative bacilli isolated， at the same time the drug susceptibility results are analyzed. Results A total of 232 strains of gram-negative bacilli isolated， 91% (209 strains) of the lower respiratory tract infection and drug resistance is serious outstanding.
