缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压80例临床观察

摘要：目的 探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 将80例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组服用缬沙坦80mg/d+氨氯地平5mg/d口服；对照组给予缬沙坦80mg/d口服，连续治疗8w。选取入组前、治疗4w和治疗8w三个时间点监测患者血压，同时观察症状并记录药物的不良反应。结果 观察组显效34例，有效5例，总有效率为97.5%；对照组显效28例，有效4例，总有效率为80.5%(P<0.05)。结论 缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压疗效可靠。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of valsartan combined with amlodipine on geriatric essential hypertension. Methods 80 patients with geriatric essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group. SBP and DBP in the patients were observe and compared at before treatment， 4 weeks and 8 weeks between two groups. The observation group by combining treatment using valsartan and amlodipine， And the control group by valsartan alone.
