摘要：目的 探寻一种减少晚期癌痛患者阿片类药物所致便秘的护理干预模式。方法 将130例服用阿片类药物出现便秘的晚期癌痛患者随机分成对照组和观察组，每组65例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上，实施护理干预。结果 观察组便秘发生率、便秘程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 适当的护理干预可有效减轻晚期癌痛患者阿片类药物所致便秘。

Abstract：Objective To investigate a nursing intervention model to reduce constipation caused by opioid drugs for cancer patients under late stage. Methods 130 patients with opioid constipation were randomly divided into two groups， the control group and observation group. Each group had 65 cases. The control group had accepted common nursing， while the observation had accepted other nursing intervention besides that. Results System nursing intervention show better result.
