摘要：介绍100例采用输尿管及气压弹道碎石机治疗输尿管结石的护理，主要是做好术前心理护理、肠道准备、完善相关检验；术后做好尿管护理，密切观察生命体征的变化，防止并发症的发生，并做好出院指导预防结石复发。

    Abstract：This paper introduces the nursing care of 100 cases with ureteral and pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi， is mainly the preoperative psychological nursing， bowel preparation， improve the relevant inspection； catheter nursing after the operation， close observation of vital signs of change， prevent the complications， and discharge guidance to prevent stone recurrence.
