摘要：目的 探讨并分析临时性中心静脉留置管在血液透析中应用以及护理。方法 回顾性分析我院自2010年12月～2013年12月所收治的60例血液透析患者中心静脉置管情况以及有关护理。结果 60例血液透析患者中有2例患者由于置管并发症的发生而拔管。结论 正确、安全且有效地应用以及维护中心静脉置管，同时采取合理的护理方式是预防各种并发症发生以及延长置管使用寿命的一个关键。
