摘要：目的 探讨使用静脉留置针常见问题及护理干预。方法 对静脉留置针留置期间常见问题：皮下血肿、液体渗漏、导管堵塞、导管脱落、静脉炎等进行留置针的选择，注射部位的选择，封管技术，留置针的固定方法，穿刺技术，无菌技术，健康教育等护理干预。结果 护理干预明显降低了留置针非计划拔管率，减少了反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦。结论 为患者提供有效的护理干预，可提高术后静脉留置针留置效果，延长留置时间，提高满意度。

Abstract：Objective To study the use of intravenous indwelling needle common problems and nursing intervention. Methods The indwelling venous indwelling needle during common problem： ecchymoma， liquid leakage， catheter jam， catheter shedding， phlebitis of needle selection， the choice of the injection site， seal tube technology， fixed method of indwelling needle， the puncture technology， aseptic technique and nursing intervention of health education. Results The nursing intervention obviously reduces the rate of indwelling needle unplanned extubation， reduce the repeated puncture to the pain of patients.
