肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌4例并文献复习(2)
治疗和预后：肾脏粘液样小管状和梭形细胞癌手术切除即可，患者获得长期生存，也有少数复发和转移并致死的报道。这些患者多为中老年患者，肿瘤中出现高级别成分[6]。随着肾脏粘液样小管状和梭形细胞癌病例量的增加和对该肿瘤的进一步研究，肾脏粘液样小管状和梭形细胞癌的生物学行为将得到更深入的阐明。
