摘要：分析了平阳霉素注射治疗儿童咽部淋巴管瘤时，影响儿童心理变化的原因，根据儿童心理及生理特殊性，制定了有针对性的、详细的术前、后优质护理服务计划。结果表明，通过对患者的专门优质护理，成功取得了患者的信任，增强了手术的耐受性，减少了术后的并发症，提高了患者及家属的满意度。
