摘要：对2013年1月～12月我院收治的住院患者中因肺部疾病的15例病例，我们采用经电子支气管镜下活检钳进行肺活检，支气管镜肺活检术(TBLB)具有安全准确、简便易行的优点，护士应用护理程序对患者进行准确的评估，确定护理诊断，实施针对性的护理措施，通过检查和护理相结合，取得了很好的临床诊断价值。
