摘要：医院志愿服务工作是一项社会事业，需要用社会化的方式推进，它的发展既需要社会各界的广泛参与和大力支持，也需要对各种资源和组织进行充分有效的整合，相应法律法规的保障和规范，形成推动医院志愿服务社会化发展的合力。本文通过对医院志愿服务社会化内涵、存在问题进行分析研究，提出推进医院志愿服务社会化的对策和思考。
