摘要：为贯彻落实全国卫生工作会议精神及深化医药卫生体制改革各项重点任务，加强医院临床护理工作，我科于2012年3月开展了优质护理服务，全面落实基础护理，为患者提供了安全、优质、满意的护理服务，显著提高了护理质量及患者满意度。

    Abstract：To implement the spirit of the National Health Conference and the deepening of the key tasks of medical and health system strengthening hospital clinical care，our department in March 2012 launched a quality care，full implementation of basic care for patients with a safe，high quality and satisfactory care services significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
