摘要：目的 探讨在鼻内镜下行鼻骨骨折复位术的可行性。方法 对98例闭合性鼻骨骨折患者，利用鼻内窥镜在直视下对鼻骨内侧粘膜塌陷处进行局部浸润麻醉并复位。结果 98例鼻骨骨折患者局部麻醉效果良好，鼻骨骨折达到解剖复位，并且处理了10例伴发的鼻中隔骨折性偏曲。结论 鼻内镜下鼻骨骨折复位术具有能够对鼻腔作全面检查、麻醉效果好、骨折复位准确、鼻腔粘膜损伤小等优点。

    Abstract：Objective To study the possibility of replacement of nasal fracture under nasal endoscope. Methods 98 cases suffered from nasal bone fracture were anesthetized inside the nasal bone and were operated on replacement of nasal bone fracture by nasal endoscope. Results It had good efect of local anesthesia on 98 cases .We accurately replaced the nasal bone fracture and cured 10 cases suffured from the fracture of nasal septum at the same time. Conclusion It is the advantage for replacement of nasal bone fracture under nasal endoscope to overall evaluate the state of nasal for fracture and have good effect of anesthesia ......
