摘要：高血压是肾移植术后常见并发症，而术后高血压对移植肾和移植受者均有不良的影响，因此，术后严密观察病情，加强血压监测和降压药的管理，对高血压积极治疗，提供有效的心理护理，完善出院宣教，具有对延长术后人肾存活时间有重大意义。
