摘要：本文以左室射血分数不同的117例心衰患者为观察对象，探讨红细胞分布宽度与临床心衰的联系。

    Abstract：In this clinical study，82 patients of heart failure with preserved LVEF and 35 patients of heart failure with reduced LVEF were included.RDW/HDW of each patient were determined，and association between that and severity of heart failure was assessed.Simple low-cost as the RDW/HDW test is，the results proved the usefulness of RDW/HDW to predict the severity of different heart failure.
