摘要：目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血脂水平与冠心病间的相关性。方法 采用全自动生化分析仪测定80例患者及60例健康查体者血清HCY和血脂水平。结果 与对照组比较，冠心病组血清HCY、TC、TG及LDL显著升高(P<0.01)HDL两组间无差异。冠心病组HCY与TC、TG及LDL有显著性相关，与HDL无相关性。结论 冠心病患者血清HCY及血脂水平监测对冠心病具有重要意义。
