摘要：目的 对中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法 自2006 年1月～2012年1月，我院我科收治冠心病心绞痛患者61例，对其进行丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗，观察临床症状，并做分析。结果 经治疗，所有患者的心绞痛发作次数减少，疼痛程度降低，胸闷憋气、心肌缺血症状等症状都有所改善。结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者采用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗，临床疗效显著，副作用较小，值得借鉴和推广。
