摘要：目的 研究肝癌细胞中XAGE-1b基因的表达。方法 以64例肝癌患者的肝癌组织及癌旁组织为研究对象，通过Real-timePCR法进行检测和分析。结果 XAGE-1b基因在肝癌组织与在癌旁组织中表达值比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 XAGE-1b可作为肝癌诊断的标记物，建议与AFP检测联合应用。

    Abstract：Objective To study the expression of XAGE-1b in hepatoma cancer.Methods Take the cancerous tissue and para-cancer tissue in 64 cases of PHC as the research objects，employ the method of real time quantified PCR to study the expression of XAGE-b in PHC.Results The expression of PHC was higher than in para-cancer tissue (P<0.05).Conclusion XAGE-1b may serve a valuable target in monitoring of PHC，suggest that XAGE-1b work together with AFP will be better.
