摘要：目的 探讨口腔结核的MSCT增强扫描影像学表现，加深对口腔结核影像征象的认识。方法 回顾性分析12例口腔结核患者的临床表现及影像学特征。结果 12例口腔结核患者41.7%病变发生于口底；CT平扫多数呈等低密度且病变境界模糊；多数病变增强扫描呈环形不均匀中重度强化。结论 MSCT增强扫描对口腔结核的诊断与鉴别诊断有显著临床价值。
