摘要：本科于2014年7月18日夜间急诊收治1例吞服打火机自残的罪犯，经本科积极治疗和严密的观察护理，患者于3d后康复出院。给此病例予以常规护理的同时，心理护理尤其重要。才能早日回归家庭和社会。
