摘要：聘用合同护士成为医院临床护理的新鲜血液和生力军，聘用合同护士护理工作是医疗工作的重要组成部分，护理工作的质量高低，关系到患者的健康及生命安全，护理工作质量很大程度上取决于护士自身的素质，高素质的护士队伍对护理工作会产生积极的影响。
