摘要：医学信息学是一门综合计算机科学与医学的新兴课程，过往的医学信息学教学苦于无法实现模拟复杂的医疗环境和医学信息系统，导致此类课程容易停在形而上的层面，随着计算机云平台与云技术的发展，但随着当今云技术和云平台的发展，模拟复杂的医学信息环境成为可能，本文将就在云平台层面下开展医学信息学实验教学改革进行讨论。

    Abstract：Medical Informatics is a new field which combines the disciplines of Computer Science and Medical Science.In the past，because we cannot simulate the real-life medical environment and complicated hospital information system，Medical Informatics is always taught in an abstract way.However，with the Cloud platform and technology develops，it is possible for simulating the complicated medical information environment.This article discusses how to reform the Medical Informatics laboratory-base teaching.
