摘要：目的 探索一种适合于亲缘关系鉴定的新生儿采血方法。方法 将80例进行亲缘关系鉴定的新生儿随机分为两组，分别采用手背静脉采血(观察组)和桡动脉采

    血(对照组)穿刺，观察两种方法的一次性穿刺成功率、一针见血率及平均采血时间等。结果 两种方法的一次性穿刺成功率及平均采血时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)，手背静脉采血一针见血率优于桡动脉采血(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿手背静脉采血适合于亲缘关系鉴定的新生儿采血，而且具有一定的优越性。
