摘要：本文总结了护患纠纷的原因，包括服务态度，专业知识不足，护理人员少等，提出相应护理对策，包括提升自我综合素质，加强职业道德修养，学会换位思考等。减少护患纠纷，提高护理服务质量，使护理人员情绪稳定，工作效率提高。
