摘要：目的 探讨产后耻骨联合分离症诊断方法及治疗。方法 回顾性分析2008年3月～2012 年3月共28 例耻骨联合分离症产妇的临床资料。结果 产后(产前出现症状2例)(PS)间隙(15.38±9.34) mm ，产前1周(PS)间隙(7.59±2.36)mm，行配对样本t检验(P<0.01)。结论 B超对耻骨联合分离症诊断有重要意义，B超应作为骨科门诊对产后患者诊断的常规。
