摘要：目的 探讨大龄儿童发育性髋脱位行改良Pembertonsa术后的康复护理要点。方法 对本组9例大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位行改良Pemberton手术，术后进行心理护理及采用有计划、分阶段、循序渐进的康复训练。结果 本组9例(13髋)术后关节功能：优8髋，良4髋，可1髋，复位成功率100%。 结论 大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位术后康复护理至关重要，复位效果与康复护理密不可分，只有医、护、家长和患儿密切合作，才能获得满意疗效。
