摘要：目的 探讨综合治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法 运用抗病毒药物和针灸、艾灸综合治疗。结果 183例AHZ患者，住院日短，疗效好，无并发症及后遗神经痛发生。结论 对AHZ患者的综合疗法是有效的，可行的，在AHZ急性期通过积极的有效治疗，AHZ患者是完全可以治愈的。
