摘要：目的 对有机磷中毒的诊断和治疗进行讨论。方法 将1例急性有机磷中毒临床资料进行回顾并将治疗结果进行分析。结果 患者康复出院。结论 对有机磷中毒患者进行准确快速的诊断后及时给与复能剂与解毒剂，防止阿托品中毒，在改善患者的治愈率及身心健康方面所起的作用是明显的。
