卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤1例

     摘要：卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤(Thecoma of theovary)为女性间叶细胞瘤，主要由脂质与卵泡膜内层细胞相似的瘤细胞构成的卵巢间质肿瘤，仅占卵巢肿瘤的0.5%～1%。多为良性肿瘤，约2%～5%可发生恶变，发病平均年龄为53岁，瘤细胞主要产生雌激素。
