摘要：腹腔镜胆囊切除(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy LC)已广泛开展应用于外科手术，本文报告选择性地施行LC121例的结果，无死亡，并发症少，患者恢复好。介绍了LC的术前准备、手术方法、术后护理，并发症的观察及处理体会。结论LC是治疗结石性胆囊炎安全有效的方法。
