摘要：我国医学研究存在高投入低产出、论文质量不高的状况。如何增加原创性研究、提高研究成果的质量，持续拥有优秀的研究人才是重要环节之一。医学研究人才的培养应该尽早开始，本文探讨如何在大学的课堂教学中培养医学生的研究能力。

    Abstract：There is a contradiction between a larger financial support and a smaller research production in the field of the medicine research in China currently.Fewer publications by Chinese researchers are with higher impact in the world.How to improve the novelty and creativity of the medical research，distinguished researchers are important warranties.This article discusses how to train academic medical students to develop research abilities through classroom teaching.
