摘要：本文针对当前我校部分中医内科研究生存在的专业基础不扎实、专业思想不巩固、缺少临床经验等状况，提出加强基础知识的培养和相关学科知识的学习，融汇中西医，培养熟练的临床诊疗、操作技能和临床思辨能力；同时加强思想素质教育，培养良好的职业道德精神及牢固的专业思想观；在临床中培养学生的沟通能力，使其掌握与家属沟通的技巧；具有较强的临床科研、创新能力，促进中医内科学继承、发展、创新。
