超大翼状胬肉的两种不同手术方式的临床观察(2)
综上所述，这两组手术都可以较好的治疗超大翼状胬肉，可以有效降低术后复发率，且取材方便，成本低廉，可以在基层医院顺利开展，可以作为治疗超大翼状胬肉的推荐应用。改良组手术操作与常规角膜缘干细胞移植术比较相对复杂，但仍为治疗翼状胬肉提供了新的思路，值得进一步研究和推广。
