摘要：二级医院后勤部门在整个医院的运行系统中起着重要的保障性和协助性作用。做好后勤保障，是医院进行医、教、研等各类工作的基础。本文以二级医院的后勤保障部门为基本点，围绕后勤保障涉及的各项工作，探讨如何更好地做好二级医院的后勤工作，协助医院各项活动的进行。
