摘要：目的 探讨优质护理服务在重症监护病房应用中的体会和具体实施措施。方法 让护士转变观念，主动服务，实行大包干责任制及实施床边工作制，制定切实可行的基础护理工作时间表，规范护理服务行为，明确各岗位职责。结果 自开展优质护理服务以来，护理质量及患者满意度明显提高。结论 开展优质护理服务可以提高护理工作质量及患者满意度。
