摘要：目的 临床分析正常不同妊娠期孕妇的血脂水平变化特征及临床意义。方法 随机抽取380例孕妇和72例健康未孕女性为研究对象血脂指标检测资料进行回顾性分析。结果 初期妊娠组孕妇的TC、TG、APOA1明显高于对照组，而中期妊娠组、晚期妊娠组对象的所有血脂指标均明显高于对照组。结论 通过动态监测孕妇血脂水平，对确保孕妇及胎儿的生命质量及优生优育具有重要的临床意义。
