摘要： 新版住院病案首页在医疗数据统计、医院质量管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用，如何有效降低首页信息缺失率和错误率已成为医院管理层亟需解决的问题。将PDCA循环应用于病案首页的质量管理中，对首页重点指标的填写质量进行全面的监测、分析、评价和持续性改进，促进医疗管理质量的提高，推进医院的可持续发展。
