摘要：目的 探究优质护理在手术室工作中的临床应用及效果。方法 选取本院144例手术患者，根据对其采用的不同护理方式，分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(优质护理)，比较两组患者的护理效果和医患护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 优质护理应用在手术室工作中的临床效果优于常规护理，且能有效提高患者的护理满意度，有利于护患关系、医患关系的和谐发展，值得临床广泛应用。

    Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of high quality of nursing in operation room work.
