摘要：目的 评价三辊闸指纹门禁考勤系统对降低继续教育讲座中途离场率的作用。方法 选择2013年5次继续教育讲座中途离场率作为对照组，采取纸质签名登记考勤 。选择2014年5次继续教育讲座中途离场率作为观察组，采取三辊闸指纹门禁考勤系统进行考勤 。结果 观察组中途离场率率较对照组显著降低。结论 三辊闸指纹门禁考勤对加强继续教育讲座的管理非常必要，有效的降低继续教育讲座中途离场率。

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of three roller gate and the leaving education seminar. Methods Selecting five continuing education leaving rates in 2013 to compare the other continuing ecucation leaving rates in 2014. Results The leaving rate in 2014 drops significantly by three roller gate and fingerprint recognition. Conclusion It is necessary to use three roller gates during the continuing education seminar.
