摘要：目的 总结妇科肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓的护理要点。方法 选取120例在我院进行妇科肿瘤术的病患，通过评估DVT发生的危险因素，给予术前健康宣教等护理预防、术后采取包括心理、饮食等多种护理干预预防措施，统计DVT的发生率。结果 120例妇科肿瘤手术患者DVT发生率为4.17%。结论 对妇科肿瘤术后患者采取积极的护理干预，可以有效降低其手术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生概率。

    Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing points of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological tumor operation. Methods We selected 120 cases of gynecological tumor operation in our hospital patients， estimate the risk factors of DVT， gives the prevention before operation， nursing health education after surgery including psychological nursing intervention， diet and other preventive measures， statistics the incidence of DVT.
