摘要：目的 针刺中风穴治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法 将60例中风后遗症患者，随机分为治疗组(即中风穴组)30例与对照组(即普通穴位组)30例，分别观察治疗组与对照组。结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中风穴治疗中风后遗症，可减少针刺次数，缩短疗程，提高疗效。
