摘要：目的 探讨产前护理干预对初产妇分娩方式的影响。方法 将86例于我院住院分娩的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予常规基础护理，干预组在对照组护理的基础上给予针对性护理干预措施。结果 干预组较对照组剖宫产率低，两组指标比较(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论 对初产妇给予针对性的护理干预措施，能够有效提高自然分娩率。
