摘要：目的 研究藤茶即葡萄科蛇葡萄属植物显齿蛇葡萄的化学成分。方法 对藤茶及该属植物的研究进展进行资料收集和整理确定其有效成分及药理作用，以及有效成分的性质，并采用系统溶剂法和色谱法对其进行提取分离研究。结果 通过对所得化合物的显色反应、紫外光谱测定和薄层色谱鉴定、熔点测定，综合进行结构解析，确定了化合物Ⅰ、化合物Ⅱ的结构分别为杨梅素和蛇葡萄素。结论 本文为提取纯化工艺指明了方向，并为进一步将其开发成中药新药提供充分的实验依据。
